Role Description & Key Responsibilities
The Senior Technical Consultant – Google Agentic Workplace Transformation is a full-time, hybrid position based in Stockholm. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the AI revolution, leading the technical design, deployment, and integration of Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise to help clients transition to “Agentic” workplaces.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex environments, interpret data, and design effective Google Workspace and Google Cloud workplace transformation solutions.
- Consulting experience, including stakeholder management, requirements gathering, solution scoping, and presenting recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Technical support and troubleshooting skills for diagnosing issues, resolving configuration and integration challenges, and ensuring high-quality implementations.
- Sales and pre-sales capabilities, such as supporting opportunity discovery, contributing to proposals, and articulating the business value of Google Agentic Workplace solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Google Cloud services; familiarity with AI-driven automation, identity and security controls, and integration with third-party tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Stockholm, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and priorities in a client-facing environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in Swedish is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Google Workspace Administrator, Gemini Enterprise Deployment)
What You Will Do:
- Lead Technical Delivery: Architect and execute end-to-end enterprise deployments of Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise.
- AI & Automation Integration: Design agentic workflows leveraging Gemini to automate tasks, enhance productivity, and securely integrate with enterprise data.
- Trusted Advisory: Run technical workshops, design sessions, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate the transformative value of Google’s GenAI capabilities to C-level stakeholders.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure that all Workspace and Gemini deployments adhere to the highest standards of enterprise security, zero-trust architecture, and data governance.
- Practice Building: Mentor junior consultants, share technical knowledge, and help shape our Go-To-Market technical strategies.
- Strategic Partnership: Support pre-sales activities, discover new opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the client transformation journey.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 5+ years in technical consulting, cloud architecture, or enterprise workplace transformation.
- Workspace Mastery: Deep, hands-on expertise in Google Workspace administration, deployment, security, and API integrations. (Google Cloud Professional Workspace Administrator certification is a huge plus!)
- AI Fluency: Proven understanding of Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and specifically Gemini for Workspace / Gemini Enterprise.
- Consulting Mindset: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; you can easily translate complex technical concepts into business value.
