Position Overview

The Director of Inspection, Quality Control, Safety & Security is responsible for establishing, leading, and continuously improving inspection, quality control, safety, and security systems across the organization. This role ensures full compliance with regulatory requirements, operational standards, and best practices to protect company personnel, assets, operations, and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Inspection & Compliance

  • Manage and execute inspection plans to ensure compliance with market regulations and internal policies.
  • Identify operational non-compliance, investigate root causes, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate internal audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
  • Prepare inspection reports, highlight risks, and recommend improvement actions to management.
  • Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.

Quality Control

  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure operational excellence and consistent service quality.
  • Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend process enhancements.
  • Track and resolve quality-related issues and customer complaints in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Monitor quality KPIs and support departments in achieving operational targets.
  • Conduct regular quality assessments and follow up on improvement initiatives.

Safety & Security Management

  • Ensure compliance with company safety, security, and operational procedures.
  • Implement and monitor safety, security, fire prevention, and emergency response programs.
  • Lead investigations and coordinate resolutions for traffic safety incidents that require company intervention.
  • Conduct inspections and monitor driver compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service to resolve safety-related incidents and customer complaints.
  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation measures to minimize accidents, losses, and security incidents.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in safety management, Police, Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in inspection, quality control, safety, security, or operations management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Experience in transportation, mobility, logistics, operations, or other regulated service industries is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality management systems, safety standards, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills in English (and local language if required).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to operational incidents and high-pressure situations.
