What you’ll do
- Set technical direction across scraping, ETL pipelines, AI, and content platforms
- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams
- Drive modernisation across automation and cloud technologies
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver business-critical initiatives
What you’ll bring
- Experience leading distributed software engineering teams
- Strong background in content platforms, web scraping, data pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.
- Expertise in automation, DevOps, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Hands-on experience with modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js).
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in data enrichment or content processing.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and governance compliance.
- Track record of scaling platforms and teams in high-growth environments.
